Final Sale: All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you are confident in your selection before completing your purchase.

Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued in the case of a canceled order, if we are unable to fulfill your purchase or if your item arrives damaged or defective due to our error on our part. If you have not received your delivery after the 4-6 week period delivery notice, please also email sales@susanfangofficial.com to proceed further action.
