1. Final Sale: As all our pieces are made in our Atelier by our small team of craftspeople on a made to order basis, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you are confident in your selection before completing your purchase.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

  4. Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your order before confirming the purchase.

  5. Shipping: All of our pieces are crafted in our Atelier studio by our small team on a made-to-order basis. Therefore, your product may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive at its destination.
  6. Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued in the case of a canceled order, production delays or if we are unable to fulfill your purchase. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
